Omegarin is a dietary supplement providing optimal ratios of both Omega 3 and
Omega 6 fatty acids. These fatty acids are vital for the production of
prostaglandins, potent substances that regulate many processes in the body
including blood vessel constriction/dilation, inflammation, and the
“stickiness” of certain blood cells that can influence clotting. A special
enzyme in your body converts the fatty acids you eat into the active forms of
EPA and GLA, the parent compounds of prostaglandins and DHA a key factor in
blood platelet “stickiness.” Unfortunately this enzyme does not always function
perfectly. Omegarin supplies these EPA, DHA and GLA fatty acids directly.
