The Founders
The founders of Ideal Health are Todd and Scott Stanwood and Lou DeCaprio.
During their 20-year partnership, they have achieved incredible personal
success through their dynamic marketing and management skills and their ability
to bring people together for a common goal. Collectively, they represent three
decades of the highest level of achievement in the health and fitness, personal
care and network distribution industries.
Nine years ago, Todd conceived a vision to bring better health to America
through the unique approach of affordable
scientific testing and customized supplementation. With extraordinary
drive and determination, the three partners set things in motion to make it
happen. Thus, in March of 1997, Ideal Health began official operations and has
quickly grown to thousands of members in all 50 states.
With their solid reputation and proven abilities, Todd, Scott, and Lou
attracted professionals of the highest caliber to Ideal Health. These include:
medical doctors, registered dieticians, certified clinical nutritionists,
chiropractors, exercise physiologists, and Ph.D.'s with specialties in medical
sciences, biochemistry, and nutritional biochemistry. Collectively, the
Scientific Advisory Board members represent educational and/or professional
affiliations with the finest institutions in the country, including: Harvard
Medical School, Boston University, University of Florida College of Medicine,
University of Texas at Austin, Beth-Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston,
and others.
With their help and expertise, and an extraordinary research and development
team, Ideal Health has developed a complete line of
custom test products and supplements that address health issues ranging
from weight loss to age-related vision problems, bone-loss, joint degeneration,
arthritis, digestive difficulty and more.
In 2004, the founders realized another dream with the acquisition of
BIO Essentials, a line of extraordinary skin care products designed to
promote "Beauty Inside Out" by changing the way people think about themselves
while enhancing the natural beauty of their skin. Once available exclusively
through spas and salons, BIO
Essentials skin care products are now available to everyone through
home BIO Spa Parties as well as through the Ideal Health network.
